Give at least 48 hours' notice. New dates depend on cleaner availability. Short-notice changes need J Clean HQ approval. Rescheduled visits must remain within the same Monday–Sunday week as the original visit. Unused monthly allowances expire at month-end and never carry over. A change counts only after HQ approval. Any charges for extra changes must be confirmed before they apply.
